
The Wake Steakhouse on Virgin Voyages - 2025 Dinner Menu & Review
The Wake is a steak and seafood restaurant found aboard of 4 of Virgin Voyage's ships (Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady and Brilliant Lady). Situated at the aft (rear) of the ship on deck six, it provides sailors with stunning views over the wake of the ship out to sea.
Open for brunch and dinner, guests descend a grand staircase from the entrance at the aft of deck seven and (in Virgin Voyage's words) "enter a world that harks back to the old steakhouse, three-martini-lunch days of Madison Avenue ad men".
We're focusing on dinner in this article, where guests can dine on a selection of steaks, sides and sauces. There are also a number of seafood options available too, including raw platters available at an additional charge.
Be sure to book dinner at The Wake ASAP (bookings for most sailors open 45 days prior to sailing), as this is one of the more popular of the six table-service options for dinner onboard.
The Wake Review
We absolutely rate The Wake as one of the best restaurants on Virgin Voyages and one of the best steakhouses at sea. It's a must for any Virgin Voyages sailing. From a moreish pull-apart bread service for the table all the way through to The Wake (cake) and Baked Alaska for dessert - every course was a treat!
